Make Money Fast, Social Networking
->
If your object is to make money fast then social networking is one way lots of people attempt to do this. Social Networking traffic is traffic from Twitter, Facebook, Digg, etc. etc. etc. There’s lots of them out there. Digg’s users get mad they make Mixx, Twitter becomes a huge success, Google jumps in with the Wave, Facebook beat Myspace but soon someone will beat Facebook. It’s evolution, Darwin. Don’t be scared to learn one just because it might be outdated by the time you’ve mastered it. It’ll only help you jump on the next wave, pun intended and noted. But how does social networking help you make money fast, or at all? It doesn’t really. Let’s explain.
Twitter for Money
The social networking site, Twitter, is a series of people talking nonsense to each other. @MybestfriendBill Hey, buddy, check out this link… Bill looks at the link, reads the article if it is indeed interesting to him and then moves on. Or @MybestspammerBill Hey, check out this deal… Spammer sends link and no one clicks on it probably. Or if they do, they bounce right out of there. People on Twitter are looking to chat while they work their nine to five job. They’re not looking to buy anything. If they are, then they’re probably just going to Google and typing in their product. Or they go to an Amazon or Best Buy or somewhere online to buy a product. They really don’t want to go near your ads on your site. They just want to read an article and be done with you. Now you’re probably thinking I just don’t have any followers on Twitter. Well, you’d be wrong. As I said in my first post ever on this site, I have a popular site in another niche. This blog here is just to make money fast. Or at least tell you about how I don’t make money. I should’ve probably named this site how not to make money fast, but alas… So I do get people clicking to my site from Twitter. They read, become readers, but they don’t have any interest in the ads I’m selling. Trust me, I sell ads on my site and people don’t sell their products at all. Twitter is great to build readers, readers don’t make you money.
Facebook for Money
Facebook is even further removed from Twitter as far as people who click ads and buy something. Facebook is filled with your “friends.” Your “friends” don’t want to buy anything. They may share your upbringing, hometown, college or job, but they don’t share your need to click on your link. They don’t care what your blog’s about. They’re too busy taking the kids to school. Facebook is for dummies… That’s not Facebook for Dummies, different thing. Social networking to make money fast is the exact opposite thing you want. If you want to make money really slowly, think ten years, then maybe social networking because you have to build your networks. While you build your networks, I’ll be going after Google search results.
Targeted Traffic for Money
The targeted traffic from search engines, namely Google, is where you make money fast. Or at least make money. See Google can track what someone was looking for when they click on a search result and target ads for them. If your visitor comes from a social site, Google has no idea what they’re looking for so they can’t target ads for them. If they can’t target ads for them, then your audience won’t get an ad that they’ll be interested in. Search visitors are what you covet to make money fast or at all.
